Healing from addiction isn’t just about stopping substance use. It’s about understanding the emotions, experiences, and mental health challenges that come with it. At Titan Recovery Centers in Las Vegas, our dual diagnosis treatment program is designed to help people who face both addiction and mental health concerns.
When substance use and mental health disorders happen at the same time, they interact in ways that make recovery more complicated—but also more important. Treating one without the other can leave people stuck in a cycle of relapse, frustration, and hopelessness.
That’s why Titan offers a dual diagnosis program that takes an integrated approach to treating addiction and mental health concerns.
When mental health and substance use disorders collide, you need a professional, integrated dual diagnosis approach for treatment. We can help you find healing and recovery.
Dual diagnosis (sometimes called co-occurring disorder treatment) means treating both a mental health condition and a substance use disorder at the same time.
Many people who struggle with addiction also experience mental health challenges, such as:
These conditions can make recovery harder, especially if they go untreated. In some cases, a person may drink or use substances to numb symptoms of anxiety, trauma, or sadness. Over time, the brain and body adapt, and both conditions become stronger.
Dual diagnosis treatment breaks this cycle by addressing both the addiction and the underlying mental health concerns that often drive it.
Traditional programs sometimes focus only on substance use or only on mental health. But recovery is rarely that simple.
If anxiety or depression are ignored, it’s easy to fall back into old coping patterns. Likewise, if substance use or process addictions—like gambling—aren’t treated, mental health symptoms can quickly return.
At Titan Recovery Centers, we understand that both conditions affect each other. Our dual diagnosis approach combines therapy, medication management, trauma care, and holistic support so that healing happens on all levels. This approach gives you a better chance at long-term stability, not just short-term relief.
Our dual diagnosis program is personalized for each client. You’ll work with a team of licensed therapists, medical professionals, and recovery specialists who understand the unique challenges of co-occurring disorders.

Together, these services form a treatment plan that’s as dynamic as you are—adjusting as your needs and goals evolve.

Titan Recovery Centers offers a full continuum of care, ensuring you get the right level of support at every stage of recovery.
Our residential program provides 24-hour care in a safe, structured setting. This level is ideal for people in early recovery or those experiencing severe symptoms. Clients receive daily therapy, psychiatric support, and holistic care while living on-site. The goal is stabilization—both emotionally and physically—before stepping down to less intensive care.
Our PHP, or full-day treatment, offers the same high level of clinical care as residential treatment but allows clients to return home in the evenings. It’s a great step for those ready for more independence while still needing consistent therapeutic structure. Dual diagnosis clients in PHP continue therapy several hours per day and participate in medication management and group sessions.
In our IOP, clients attend treatment several days a week for a few hours each day. This program supports individuals who are working, going to school, or transitioning from higher levels of care. It focuses on relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and continued healing from both addiction and mental health symptoms.
Dual diagnosis treatment is helpful for anyone who feels caught between two struggles: substance use and mental health.

Co-occurring disorders can look different for everyone. Some people experience depression before they start using drugs or alcohol. Others develop anxiety or mood disorders after years of substance use.
These conditions feed each other in subtle ways. Alcohol or drugs can temporarily relieve emotional pain, but they also change brain chemistry, making mental health symptoms worse over time. Likewise, untreated mental illness can make it harder to stop using substances, even when someone desperately wants to.
That’s why specialized dual diagnosis treatment is so important. Our clinicians are trained to recognize how both conditions interact, and they build care plans that address those connections directly.
Healing both sides at once is what leads to lasting recovery.
Titan Recovery Centers intends to be a part of the solution for effective education and treatment of prescription drug addiction.
Between high stress, limited mental health resources, and a culture built on nonstop stimulation, Las Vegas residents face unique challenges when it comes to maintaining emotional and behavioral wellness. The result? A growing number of people silently battling both mental health disorders and substance use — often without access to integrated care.
This gap in access has serious consequences. When someone with depression or trauma turns to drugs or alcohol to cope, they’re often treated for one issue — not both. Without addressing the mental health component, relapse risk skyrockets.
At Titan Recovery Centers, we believe everyone deserves compassionate, complete care. Our dual diagnosis program combines medical expertise with genuine understanding. We know recovery takes time, patience, and support. That’s why we’re here for you every step of the way.
Whether you’re just beginning your healing journey or looking for a new approach, our team will meet you where you are and help you move forward. Together, we’ll address the full picture of your health and create a path that works for you.
When you’re dealing with both mental health symptoms and substance use at the same time, it can feel impossible to know where to turn. At Titan Behavioral Health, we provide evidence-based dual diagnosis treatment right here in Las Vegas, helping you stabilize, understand what’s going on, and finally feel in control again.
Many of our clients come to us experiencing a mix of issues—anxiety that leads to alcohol use in the evenings, ADHD meds being misused to cope with stress, or panic symptoms that trigger benzo overuse. If this feels familiar, you’re not alone. Our team is trained to treat these conditions together, not separately, because real healing depends on addressing both.
Whether you live in North Las Vegas, Henderson, Paradise, or Spring Valley, our programs (PHP, IOP, and outpatient) can help you take the first step toward getting your life back.
Dual diagnosis treatment means you’re receiving care for both a mental health condition (such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD) and a substance use disorder at the same time. Titan uses evidence-based therapies, psychiatric support, and addiction treatment in one integrated plan.

Yes. We work with clients from Spring Valley, Paradise, Henderson, and North Las Vegas. If you’re unsure whether you’re close enough to attend PHP or IOP, call and we’ll help determine what level of care fits your schedule.
We blend psychiatric care, individual therapy, medication management, trauma-informed modalities, and addiction counseling into one coordinated approach. Treatment is never “one-size-fits-all”—we tailor each plan to your symptoms, history, and goals.
Absolutely. Many people begin in PHP or IOP and still make significant progress. Our programs are designed for people who need structured care while continuing to live at home.
This is extremely common. Conditions like ADHD or anxiety can create a cycle where medication is mismanaged, mixed with alcohol, or over-used to cope with stress. We help you create a safe plan to stabilize, rebalance your system, and rebuild healthy habits.
You don’t have to choose between treating your mental health or your addiction. You can heal both at the same time with integrated and specialized treatment and support.
