We provide primary mental health treatment at our outpatient behavioral health rehab. Our program is designed to provide structured, evidence-based care while allowing clients to maintain their daily responsibilities. Through individualized therapy, group counseling, medication management, and holistic approaches, the mental health program addresses conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and more.

With a focus on long-term recovery and emotional well-being, Titan Recovery Centers creates a supportive environment where clients can develop coping skills, build resilience, and improve their overall quality of life. We’re especially proud to be a welcoming, safe space for members of the LGBTQIA community who are seeking relief from mental illness.

The outpatient model ensures flexibility and accessibility, making mental health treatment manageable for those balancing work, school, or family commitments. If you live in Las Vegas or the surrounding areas, our private rehab may be a good option for you.

What We Treat

Our treatment program addresses conditions including mood disorders, personality disorders, anxiety, and trauma.

While our center welcomes clients with a stand-alone mental illness, we can also help with co-occurring disorders, including substance use disorder. Our mental health and addiction treatment is separate, however, so co-occurring mental health and substance abuse are treated in our dual diagnosis program.

Anxiety Disorders

Anxiety disorders are a group of mental health conditions characterized by excessive fear, worry, and nervousness that interfere with daily life. Symptoms may include persistent anxious thoughts, restlessness, rapid heartbeat, sweating, trembling, difficulty concentrating, and avoidance of certain situations. Common types include generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, and phobias. Without treatment, anxiety can lead to physical health issues and significantly impact relationships, work, and overall well-being.

Depression

Depression, or major depressive disorder, is a mood disorder that causes persistent sadness, hopelessness, and a loss of interest in activities once enjoyed. Symptoms may include fatigue, changes in appetite or sleep, difficulty concentrating, feelings of worthlessness, and, in severe cases, thoughts of self-harm or suicide. Depression affects how a person thinks, feels, and functions, often making even simple tasks feel overwhelming. Treatment typically involves therapy, medication, and lifestyle changes to help restore emotional balance.

Bipolar Disorder

Bipolar disorder is a mental health condition marked by extreme mood swings, including emotional highs called mania or hypomania and lows marked by depression. During manic episodes, individuals may experience elevated energy, reckless behavior, racing thoughts, and reduced need for sleep. Depressive episodes bring sadness, fatigue, and hopelessness. These shifts can disrupt relationships, careers, and decision-making. Bipolar disorder requires long-term management, often through mood stabilizers, therapy, and lifestyle adjustments.

PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder)

PTSD is a mental health condition triggered by experiencing or witnessing a traumatic event, such as combat, assault, or a natural disaster. Symptoms include intrusive memories, flashbacks, nightmares, severe anxiety, and emotional numbness. Individuals with PTSD may avoid reminders of the trauma, feel constantly on edge, and struggle with irritability or outbursts. Treatment often involves trauma-focused therapy, such as EMDR or cognitive processing therapy, along with medication to manage symptoms.

Personality Disorders

Personality disorders are long-term patterns of behavior, thinking, and functioning that deviate from cultural norms and cause distress or impairment. These disorders are grouped into three clusters:

  • Cluster A (eccentric thinking, e.g., paranoid or schizoid)
  • Cluster B (emotional instability, e.g., borderline, narcissistic, or antisocial)
  • Cluster C (anxious or fearful behavior, e.g., avoidant or dependent).

Symptoms vary but often include difficulty maintaining relationships, extreme mood swings, impulsivity, and distorted self-image. Treatment usually involves psychotherapy, such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) for borderline personality disorder, to help individuals develop healthier coping mechanisms.

Therapy for Mental Health

At Titan Recovery Centers, we adhere to Nevada regulations for behavioral health treatment. Our entire staff is highly qualified and has their credentials to treat persons with mental health challenges. We also have medical doctors on staff to ensure professional treatment.

Our approach is very personalized. We’re a family-owned rehab center and feel personal touches make a big difference in your recovery. While you’re at our facility, you will feel safe and supported. After treatment, you’ll be part of our alumni family and are welcome to participate in the community.

Therapy is the core treatment modality we employ. Our evidence-based practices include:

In mental health treatment, group therapy is a valuable tool for skill-building and making connections with people who are going through similar struggles. Group sessions provide support for healing and encourage recovery.

In individual therapy sessions, clients speak one-on-one with a counselor or therapist to get to the root of their mental health challenges. Our clinical team helps explore feelings and uses a number of techniques to help restructure thought patterns and build healthy habits.

This hands-on approach uses activities like hiking, art, and role-playing to help clients explore emotions in a dynamic, engaging way. By stepping outside traditional talk therapy, individuals can gain new insights, build confidence, and practice mindfulness in real-world settings.

CBT is a structured, goal-oriented therapy that helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors. By challenging distorted thinking, clients learn healthier ways to respond to stress, anxiety, and depression. CBT is highly effective for conditions like anxiety disorders, depression, and PTSD.

DBT combines cognitive-behavioral techniques with mindfulness practices to help clients regulate emotions, improve relationships, and develop distress tolerance skills. It is particularly beneficial for those with borderline personality disorder, self-harm tendencies, or chronic emotional instability.

Holistic therapies address the mind-body connection, promoting overall well-being. Techniques such as yoga, meditation, and Reiki help reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and enhance self-awareness. These practices complement traditional therapies by fostering relaxation, balance, and inner healing.
